Return eligibility varies by product type:

  • Final Sale Items (including clearance items): Not eligible for return or refund
  • Non-Returnable Items (such as stickers): Not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping
  • Eligible Return Items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition with original packaging

Custom artwork, original works, and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in restricted future purchases.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate these Terms or our stated policies.
