The Outside the Box Project, launched in 2016, uses art to curb graffiti, with traffic boxes transformed into vibrant canvases. Redesigning boxes costs far less than repeated graffiti removal, saving funds, fostering community pride, and supporting local artists. Funded by an SCFD and TASHCO grant.
